We are in the process of registering a company to operate these products. Until registration is complete, “we” and “us” refer to the Agent Rider project team. This page will be updated with the legal entity name and contact address once registration is complete.
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of agentsrider.com and of our products: Agent Rider, a self-hosted workspace for terminal-based AI coding agents, and UpsertCH, a ClickHouse®-compatible database build with the UpsertMergeTree and MemCache table engines. By using the website or the products you agree to these terms.
2. Software licenses
Agent Rider
Agent Rider is distributed under the license published in its GitHub repository (Apache License 2.0 with the Commons Clause condition). That license controls your rights to use, copy and modify Agent Rider.
UpsertCH
- UpsertCH contains open-source software licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, together with proprietary modifications (
UpsertMergeTreeandMemCache). The Apache license and NOTICE files are included with the software, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under them for the open-source components. - Prerelease packages published on GitHub are provided for evaluation and testing.
- When UpsertCH is offered on AWS Marketplace, use of that offering is governed by the end-user license agreement shown on the listing and by the AWS Marketplace terms. Unless that agreement says otherwise, you may not reverse engineer the proprietary modifications or redistribute or resell the UpsertCH binaries outside the listing.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or products to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, or attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to any system, including ours.
4. Third-party services
The products work with services we do not control, such as AI agent CLIs and their providers, Amazon Web Services, GitHub and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Prerelease software may contain defects and may change without notice. You are responsible for backing up your data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through our GitHub issue tracker. A dedicated support email will be published here before the UpsertCH AWS Marketplace listing goes live.
