We are in the process of registering a company to operate these products. Until registration is complete, “we” and “us” refer to the Agent Rider project team. This page will be updated with the legal entity name and contact address once registration is complete.

1. This website

  • agentsrider.com is a static website. It has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising, or analytics or tracking scripts of our own, and it does not set cookies.
  • The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser user agent and requested URL) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under the Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google under the Google privacy policy.
  • The interactive Agent Rider demo on this site uses mock data only and does not connect to any agent, account or workspace.

2. Agent Rider

Agent Rider runs on a Linux host you control. Conversations, layouts and other workspace data are stored locally on that host in SQLite; the product is not designed to send that data to us. The AI agent CLIs you run inside Agent Rider connect to their own providers under those providers’ terms and privacy policies.

3. UpsertCH

  • UpsertCH runs on servers or EC2 instances in your own account. The data you store in it stays in your environment; we do not receive it.
  • To enforce licensing, the AWS Marketplace edition may read the EC2 instance identity document from the local instance metadata service. This check happens on the instance itself.
  • When you subscribe through AWS Marketplace, AWS shares limited subscriber information with us (for example your AWS account ID and the contact details you provide). We use it only to provide the product, billing support and customer support, and we do not sell it.

4. Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers named above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. We keep support correspondence and subscription records only as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.

6. Contact

Privacy questions can be raised through our GitHub issue tracker. A dedicated email address will be published here before the UpsertCH AWS Marketplace listing goes live.
